Her theme is wish. Wish up a star, wishes come true, make a wish. The rings fit into slots cut in foam core that I painted blue and cut to fit the star box, then edged with silver cord. The bucket I cut stars with my silhouette, adhered with re-positionable tape and then sprayed with silver glitter paint. The matte sliver of the bucket is now the stars. I cut strips of silver ribbon and tied onto the bail. I painted the handle the yellow the flower girls will be wearing and coated with glossy finish and hung yellow-painted stars from the sides. I distressed them with an emery board and painted glossy. The time capsules are balsam wood covered with scrap booking paper in star themes.
