So this is my eight-year-old. We homeschool and he is extremely sheltered, so I was a little surprised the other day when he put my daughter's linky ring on his chin and informed me he had a body piercing. I don't know if you can read the journaling, but it's basically a transcript of the conversation we had, which ended with him telling me he learned about body piercing from a book at Grandma's house.
I hope I'm not the only one who finds this entire thing so funny.
Anyway. This is for two challenges-- the March color challenge (use blue, green, and orange), and the March scraplift the person before you challenge. I scraplifted Ncyankee's "Cat Nap" layout, which you can find here: http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/330315/view/3098157/-1/20/1.html
I loved her page and had so much fun making it my own!
The background paper is from the Funky digi kit, available here.
The rest of the paper, as well as the flowers, the "body art" lettering and the journaling strips, are from the Spring Fling kit, also here. I just want to say that I really LOVE every one of the digi kits I have downloaded from this site. They are always so fun to work with. Anyway.
The stitching is from the Heart and Soul kit here.
