I have been working hard on self reflection and making some personal changes in the recent weeks.
I hand cut the flower out of white paper, and while cutting out the green flourish I realized I created a stencil also so I inked that to the side of the cut flower.
The fabric flower is cut from a arm cover from this REALLY cool retro couch I got at an estate sale, it ended up in the boy's game room and they have been pretty hard on it so I didn't figure that they would really miss that part lol. This is for the monochromatic challenge with the twist of "a woven element" so I added the piece of burlap that has been stitched and inked.
