I keep my pics stored in gallon bags. I have so many still in boxes to sort through. The bags make it so easy to see what's in them. I like how you keep your bags hung up on a shelf. I might have to look for some of those clips and attach something to the bottom of a shelf. I like your idea of putting embellishments and papers specifically to scrap an event. I do keep brochures in my bags.. Thanks for posting a pic and giving us all a visual!
Woman I think you just saved me! I cannot do any my pictures except in chronological order so of course I'm in December 2002 right now! But never have found a way to place brochures and pics in those small photo storage boxes. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
This is how I organize ALL my pictures as they are printed. There are 200+ pictures sorted into ziplock 2 gallon ziplock bags. I also add in sketches, any special embellishments I buy for specific sets of pictures. I also usually add my paper choices into these but haven't made it that far today because I usually take an entire evening of DVR'd Oprah's to get them all picked out. If I'm going to a crop...I just add in the embellishments I want to use and some basic tools and head out. I also make a list in each bag of anything I know I need to buy so I don't forget to buy them! I did these 200 pics in about an hour this morning....I just caught up printing all the pics for my son this week (in anticipation of this challenge!) I am also posting a picture of where I keep them all stored by album I am working on (my son's, family, my nephew, and my niece!)
**the clips I use are the cheapo badge id clips....I got mine at walmart for less than $3 a package for 2 dozen (I think)
