I really struggled with this page, but as soon as I found the peacock feather it magically came together. :)
The strip of paper is light blue and then I drew in a swirl pattern with the copic spica pens. The teal strips on either side were inked and then covered in crackle accent. I love that stuff! The flower was blue and then I colored in with green marker. I'm quite pleased with how the page turned out.
The edges are inked and then rubbed off to soften the look of the edges.
