i was changing some photos around yesterday and decided it was time to retire this baby from a frame and into a layout, seeing as she is already 8 years old lol. layout is totaly inspired by april foster's '3 month' layout for studio calico's april kit. the chipboard letters are 'vintage' basic grey; so old the adhesive layer came off on my xyron machine so most of them got ran through twice. i think i oversprayed the mist on them from what i originally wanted to do - i was going for a more natural look of raw chipboard with just a touch of mist. another retro item - the date stamp was from the making memories magnetic set from like 2004? it was the only one i could locate that actually contained 2003, lol. i did end up trimming like half an inch from the top of the 8x10 photo so that my design would work better and then rounding the top corners only. tfl!
