My sister lived in a house built in the 70's...flat roof and no character. Her back door would flood a little each year but got worse w/each passing year and finally it got so bad it started to flood the back 2 rooms and every year they had to sand bag the back door area in hopes to keep some water out of the house. This year was by far the worst year ever as you can clearly see. What a mess!
