Give a Cheer
This one needs a little explaining to understand: It was made for a challenge at Swirlydoos to scrap along a Superhero theme.
The superhero is my neice, Vivi, in her Yoshimi mode,a kick-ass heroine of the song "Yoshimi fights the Pink Machines" by the Flaming Lips. I know, you're all thinking-"Oh, that's at the top of my wheelhouse-not!" My brother has a taste in music that is off the beaten path and he and my sister-in-law loved this odd little lullabye so much the hung the poster in my Neice's room before she was born.Now that same song has become Vivien's fight song against her CF symptoms. The robots represent the out of control enzymes that cause the adverse symptomology.
The lyrics are:
Her name is Yoshimi
She's a black belt in karate!
Working for the city,
she has to discipline her body

it's demanding
to defeat those evil machines.

Those evil-natured robots,
they're programmed to destroy us.
She's gotta be strong to fight them
so she's taking lots of vitamins.

it'd be tragic
if those evil robots win..
We know she can beat them!
I don't think the actual LO came out great but I wanted to capture her fighting spirit in a playful way.
