This huge mosaic ( I hope you can appreciate the larger pic) is dedicated to the portugese explorers. Located on the water front in Lisbon, Portugal. We loved all the fun little insets (the mermaid, neptune, the sea monster, the trade winds). very cool.
This is for the old pagemaps challenge week 4. I alcohol ink for distressing and the dots are with liquid enamel.
