WOW Michelle! You stitched the netting, that's amazing! I never would have known that, looks just like netting! Love the chippie waves and shells, you've colored them beautifully!
Such a pretty page, Michelle- love the stitched netting and how you shaped the journaling under the pretty swirls - Cool anchor, too! Beautiful work...
This is such an amazing experience....to see the seal up close like this!! sigh. Nothing like that here on our prairies!! lol! Fabulous photos, Michelle, and that Magenta film strip series of pics looks AWESOME! And this design is just WONDERFUL....those DA flourishes look like waves, and I love the shells bottom right. I thought that was actual netting top left!! Aren't you an innovative scrapper...brilliant idea with the stitching! All the touches of black add lovely balance to this page. This lo is sailing into my FAVES :)
How wonderful to see this creature in their natural environment! Fabulous page and great photo's! Love your design and choice of embellies and pp's are just perfect!
This is soooo wonderful Michelle ... I just L*O*V*E looking at all your creations ... it is like I am living life right there with you ... and I love that style about you!!!
Ahhh ...the benefits of living by the sea! This lady harp seal showed up at the Bay of Islands marina a couple of weekends ago...apparently she stuck around for a few days.Journaling reads"We jumped in the car and rushed to the marina when Tracey called to say there was a seal sunning and hanging out on the wharf. She was fairly tolerant of our picture taking but let out a roar if we got too close! ".The chippie film strip is from a Canadian company, Magenta. The shells and the swirl/wave are Dusty Attic chippies.I was sure I had some black netting tucked away somewhere but couldn't find it so I ended up stitching some net up in the corner. TFL!
