Give a Cheer
I wanted to do something fun and special for my pictures from my recent trip to Monterey so I made an ABC book. One letter for each page.
I made my own book by cutting 12x12 chipboard so I had two pieces that were 5 3/4" high x 12" long. Weird measurements, but I liked the height better just under 6". Most of the paper is Bo Bunny and some by My Mind's Eye which I found it at my LSS. All the ribbon I found at JAs or Michaels. The seashells were from a trip I made YEARS ago to Florida that I recently found.
For the binding I punched holes and set eyelets and used twine I found at my local dollar store.
For the background, the Bobunny paper had this beautiful swirl pattern that I wanted to highlight so I put matching glitter on just the swirls. But then I was worried that the glitter would flake off so I sealed with Glossy Accents, which made it more 3D. I wish it was slightly more subtle, but I still like it!
