John and Nora Fairchild Circa 1800's are decedents of Thomas Fairchild (1610-1670) founder and magistrate of Stratford. Thomas Fairchild migrated to the New World in 1636. There are more than 1400 decedents of Thomas Fairchild but John and Nora are well documented in the family geneology. In doing a little research on this today (it's some long reading) and was tickled to learn that among the literary moguls, I'm related to Alexander Gram Bell of all people! Imagine that!!!
