To keep Santa alive in our house as Kira gets older, we went along with the whole Elf on a Shelf craze last year. It was great to see what Scout would do and where he would be in the morning. One night he grabbed my point and shoot and had himself a little photo session. The kids loved it.
I have the story of how we got Scout and how he got his name on the one piece of paper directly behind the photo. He also left the kids a note on Christmas eve.
