I made this for the color palette over at TCR and for the challenge at Punky Scraps. I'm a big fan of making my own backgrounds, this one I did on canvas. Played with watercolor and acrylic paints..it was lots of fun. That frame in the bg I made by wrapping ducting tape around my shape and embossing it. Got the idea off of this youtube video:
