This is a layout of my 2nd great grandfather Archibald Goins. I found his application to the government for money appropriated for the Eastern Cherokee Indians on ancestry.com. I was able to crop down the first page of the application and add it to my page. Having his handwriting is rather priceless.

I chalked over my chicken wire template, stamped over the picture mat with the fiskars plaid stamp and misted over the page with walnut ink.
