The men in my husband's family pass initials- CBR - so we have Charles Bates, Cary Brian & Carl Brett (oldest to youngest). This is a unique way of passing on names & I'm thankful for it since we didn't have to figure out a name from past generations to honor when naming Carl.
This is for:
+Use your supplies challenge: LO #1 Why did I item- the brackets & dove are really clear shapes- I have been tossing them around since I started scrapbooking- this challenge helped motivate me to figure out how to use them, so I glued them on a piece of chocolate cardstock using Liquid Glass & cut them out. I am thankful for the generations of men in our family.
+November doodle challenge: I've never done doodles on my pages before, but I think it adds a nice touch- I doodled on the journal block & on the frame around the picture.
+Movember Challenge: this is to honor the men in our lives- the twist was to use a mustache on the page- the brackets look like a large mustache to me- does that count?
