Great title - so true - I always end up with a ton of pics trying to make sure everyone's looking/smiling/etc. It is getting a little easier now that they're older.

My sister took family pics of us and trying to get a pic of the grandson proved to be quite funny. I cracked up when I saw how fast he was moving when scrolling through the pics.
