This is my Jersey Girl after her surgery to remove a cancer from her paw. She looked so sad & pathetic in that cone. Good news -- she has heeled well and hopefully it won't return for a long time.

Oh Eileen -- this is sad AND wonderful ---- a lucky pup, a beautiful layout -- and oh those cones. One of our little guys we rescued had to wear one for almost six weeks -- he had sores all over from being sunburned and from fleas and ticks -- I felt so bad for him -- he'd come to a loving home but had to go through all THAT before he felt really safe
