I created this card using papers and accents from The Robin’s Nest, stamps by Just-Rite Stampers, Ink by Clearsnap, adhesive by ScraPerfect, and clay by Makin’s Clay. The clay seal in the center of the card creates a unique, textural focal point on the card.

Assembly:
1. Cut the The Robin’s Nest Cardstock – Hunter Green Glitter Cardstock to 6” x 12” and fold in half to create a 6” x 6” card base.
2. Cut the The Robin’s Nest Patterned Paper – Daisy Stripe Rainforest to 5.5” square. Ink the edges with ColorBox® Archival Dye Inkpad – Mudslide and mount to the center of the card base.
3. Cut a 2” x 12” strip of The Robin’s Nest Patterned Paper –Getaway Stripe to create a “paper ribbon”. Cut notches in the ends of the “ribbon” and ink the edges with ColorBox® Archival Dye Inkpad – Mudslide. Fold the “ribbon” at the ends, creating a pleat at the notch. Mount to the center of the card.
• Stamp the large label stamps from the JustRite® Cling Stamps – CL-02215 Musical Notes Labels Twenty using ColorBox® Archival Dye Inkpad – Mudslide onto The Robin’s Nest Patterned Paper – Leaf Stripe. Cut out and mount to the center of the paper ribbon. Add The Robin’s Nest Dew Drops – dd-23 getaway to the top and bottom of the label as accents.
4. Mix one part black, three parts green, and three parts yellow Makin’s Clay together to create a dark hunter green colored clay. Roll into a 1” ball and flatten with a rolling pin or palm of the hand. Ink the bird stamp from the JustRite® Cling Stamps – CL-02215 Musical Notes Labels Twenty with ColorBox® Donna Salazar Designs™ Mix’d Media Inx™ – Truffle. Stamp into the center of the clay, lightly, just to make a slight depression into the clay and transfer the ink.
5. Ink the edges of the stamped clay seal with ColorBox® Donna Salazar Designs™ Mix’d Media Inx™ – Truffle for added dimension. Lightly paint the unstamped portion of the clay with Clearsnap Smooch™ Accent Ink - Mocha
6. Adhere the stamped clay seal to the center of the card front.
7. Stamp a sentiment from the JustRite® Cling Stamps – CL-02215 Musical Notes Labels Twenty onto the cream colored section of The Robin’s Nest Patterned Paper – Ivy Trim with ColorBox® Donna Salazar Designs™ Mix’d Media Inx™ – Truffle. Cut it out into a paper ribbon, notch the ends, and ink the edges with ColorBox® Archival Dye Inkpad – Mudslide. Add to the card front below the clay seal.
