A Rare Moment

This was a rare moment indeed! First of all, I am usually the one behind the camera and run like crazy when I see someone pointing one my way. I lost my head and actually let my dh snap a shot. I figured this was a rare moment, plus I thought all of you I've been talking to might just want to see that there is a real person behind all those Gracie avis!! :o)
Secondly, I was sitting on the floor in front of the fireplace because it was freezing (too bad the fire didn't show up in the shot). Usually when I do this, I'm fair game for Gracie and she INSTANTLY makes me her play toy. On this particular day, though, she just came over and plopped down beside me. She was all serious for the camera, but please note she smiled when I gave her a kiss!!!
I wanted this lo to be clean, fresh and simple. Nothing fancy. I let my pen do the walking and it became so cathartic, it was hard to stop! Hope it isn't too much.
