This is for the mini#5 It tugs at my heart... When I took Finnegan in he had been very neglected. One thing he had though was this dragon. It had been given to a kid in the family he lived with and he didn`t want it so they tossed it to the dog. I`m grateful that they did that because Finnegan loves his dragon and I`d like to think it made him feel less lonely while he lived there. He likes to take dragon everywhere. In this photo he dragged it into the cat post so he could snuggle with him while he slept. Whenever Finnegan gets in trouble he finds dragon and drops him at my feet. I`m not sure if he is offering an I`m sorry gift, or if he is saying Cuddle dragon you`ll feel better. Either way it tugs at my heart. TFL A note: I was worried about the eyes on this stuffy as this is not a dog safe toy, what if they came off and Finn choked? But he never chews on his dragon, just drags him around and shakes him sometimes when he feels playful. Just to be safe though I often check the eyes to make they are not loose.

OMG, I think i'm gonna cry! What a sweetie! I love this picture!! And especially the story that goes with it. Talk about tugging at your heart!

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! Wonderful photo. I adore Finnegan and it's too bad he can't tell you which of the meanings is true--perhaps it IS a peace offering. I'm glad Finn has such a happy home now and is well-loved. Thanks for sharing both the photo and the story...both are sweet

This is an AWESOME photo of Finnegan and his dragon! This would win in many contests! I love your journaling too. Dog toys don't last long at our house thanks to one of our three, Vesta. If she can pull it apart she will and quickly. We buy the toughest toys and she destroys them before too long. Thought the solution would be the Kong toys...she doesn't like them. And I repeat....AWESOME photo!
