This is a photo of my dd on February 24, 2008. She was watching me set up my new camera. Journaling says:
After the many thousands of photos I've taken of Cassie in the last 10 yrs, 10 mos, & 8 days, it was appropriate that my very first shot with my very first digital SLR was of her. I have a lot to learn about my brand new Nikon D80, but so far it's... Love at First Click.

This is for the February One Month at a Time Challenge in which all the photos for the LO's must be taken during any February. This is Week 1 which required:
1. The word "Love" in the title;
2. More than one color of solid cardstock (I used green, black, & silver);
3. Just one photo; and
4. At least one pink or red thing on the LO (I have the pp, the journaling block, & the '24').

This is for the One Item at a Time Challenge, also. I've had this pp forever and thought it was too pretty to cut up or cover up, so I'm really happy to have finally figured out a way to use it. I punched the edges with the Martha Rings set. Then, I used my knife to cut around the purple hearts, just leaving them attached at the center top and bottom, inked the edges with Seedless Preserves, and bent them up a bit for dimension and so that the light green cardstock base shows.

Lastly, this is for the February One Pic Challenge.

I cut the cameras with the Going Places cart on my Cricut. (The solid shadow is cut from metallic silver cardstock.) I shortened the KI Memories border word sticker so that it wouldn't overlap the punched edge. The circles and film strip looking thingy are rub-ons.
