I saw this done for wrapping paper, so I thought I would give it a try for my scrapbooking fabric. I have found that not all TP rolls are created equal. Thin rolls do not hold their shape and do not keep anything contained. Thick rolls work really well. I assume quality of the TP corresponds to the quality of the roll... we have cheap stuff this time and the roll was thin. I will buy some good stuff next time and hope they are thick, b/c I need 4 more good ones!
