Now on to Kitty:
In My Easter Bonnet
It's not enough that Kitty is Mascot Designer, she also wants to be Queen of the Easter Parade, all decked out in her fancy bonnet and pearls. My pearls actually, Kitty. Let's give credit where credit is due. ( LynneJ told me that it should be puuuurlls. So true - even after I mentioned the ban on squirrels applying for the DT Call LOL).
She's giving us her glam look and feeling all girlie today. The glam look was quickly followed by the sleepy napping look, just so you know.
But I do have to say that Kitty is looking her Easter best here. Which is better? The Pirate look, the sporty swim mask, or the girlie look? Kitty's got some other looks up her sleeve -if she had a sleeve.
I used the Dusty Attic Vine Border DA0459. I painted with Adirondack Snow Cap, Sandal and Citrus.
Then I inked the edges with some Ingvild Bolme chalk in Moss Lawn. That is great chalk.

oh my there kittyyou look absolutely gorgoeus a kitty version of a very famous film star when she wore her easter bonnet and luv the pretty flowers and pearl embellies..and the vine looks awesome....a beautiful age...xo

EK looks so purfectly proper and pretty. I love all her looks...but that diving mask was so creative and neat, so I guess I favor that one the most. fave

The vine looks terrific! You painted and chalked that perfectly EK! The layers are magnificent and you look so regal in your cute little Easter bonnet and your mommy's pearls! FAVE!

EK looks so sweet and innocent here, even though we all know better! The soft romantic feel of this is wonderful, and I love all the distressing, inking and layering.Love the lace and pearls...or would that be purrls...?

Those little pink flowers add a lot of textural elements, I love them! This is so glorious, the many layers add so much architecture and beauty. A fav for me.

Wow. Miss Kitty, this is the sort of creation I aspire to. It's dreamy and feminine, delicate and pretty, with soft girly colors and patterns. All those beautiful trims and flowers, arranged so carefully. Truly a masterpiece worthy of your photo and I must say you are a vision of elegance in your purrrrdy bonnet and pearls. <Sigh> It's purrrrrrrfection. Into Faves.
