Our community held a candlelight vigil back in Feburary, 1991, to honor those leaving to serve our county in Desert Storm. The photo is of our dd holding a candle and a flag. She was way too young to understand what was going. Now she is married to a solider that has served several times in Afghanistan.

I used a sketch from Simply Simple Sketches by Mandi.
