I used crepe paper that I re-use from gift bags and others bags, and I glued it with modpodge into the 12 x 12 designer paper. Then I add a square piece of plastic lace and glued it on top of the crepe paper. The name is embossed. the stars where colored using perfect pearls mica powder, Y stamped the chandelier and the top butterfly. The ribbon is made from paper, and the edge paint with distress inks. I have closer looks to these details in my blog if interested.
