Cassie on Easter morning this year. Journaling says: April 8, 2012 - Cassie didn't want to color or hunt for eggs this year, but, of course, the Easter Bunny still filled her basket.

This is for the April One Month at a Time Challenge in which all the photos for the LO's must be taken during any April - these are from April '12. This is Week 2 which required:
1. Something weaved - burlap & the basket in the photos;
2. Chocolate - chocolate cream cs, chocolate Zig pen, & the basket full of chocolate in the photos;
3. Egg - in the embellies; and
4. Soft and Fluffy - the lavender ribbon near the bottom is velvet.

I used a Sept '11 Pagemap for this. The ribbon behind the photo is elastic, and I liked it better stretched out a bit so I had to staple it on. The burlap is stapled on also, so while I was at it, I stapled the pics too. I made the flower from 3 sizes of punch and a brad. The bottom of the shaped lavender pp is on foam tape to level it with the part that is on the burlap. I don't really use stickers much anymore, but I have so many that I can't part with for some reason that I forced myself to use some here. I put the 'Easter,' nest, and butterfly on scrap cardstock first and fussy cut them out so that I could mount them on foam tape for more dimension. I blended Vintage Photo & Gathered Twigs inks around the edge of the bg cs and doodled a border line with a Chocolate Zig.
