This week's prompt at Scrapping the Music: "Who was your favorite singer or group when you were a teenager? Do you still like their music now?" Mine most definitely was the Beatles!!! Journaling reads: One of my favorite groups as a pre-teen was The Beatles. I loved them for many reasons, one being that my older sister, Cathy, loved them first. I remember watching her with her friends when The Beatles were on TV, and they would literally scream bloody murder! My favorite Beatles’ song was “I Want to Hold Your Hand.” It was The Beatles’ second release after “She Loves You,” and another favorite song, “This Boy,” was on the flip-side of the record, which was a “45.” A favorite memory of mine is winning a dance contest with my girlfriend - we danced “the pony” to “I Want To Hold Your Hand” and won the contest! What FUN and FABULOUS times!! Oh, and I still like to listen to them now!

Thanks for taking me dowm Memory Lane Sharon! I love all those old songs too! I can still remember my 3 older sisters being to excited to see The Beatles on TV!!! I thought it was going to be a really scrary movie!!! LOL ! I watched the Ed Sullivan show with the 3 of them & fell in love with the Beatles too! FABULOUS work!!! This looks like it could be an album cover!!!!

Sharon - LOVE the layout and the Beatles. When I was in sixth grade, I used to park myself next to the radio wait for "Revolution" to come on. I wouldn't go to bed until I heard it. The Beatles are still all over my Ipod now! Love your design and the little hot air balloons just seem to go so well with this!
