This is a picture of my DH and my grandma. I have had these photos since December and everytime I saw them I felt a profound sadness because of all Alzheimers had taken away from these two. My grandma was my first hero, and I as a young woman became a friend and partner in crime to her. I am heartbroken that G will never know this incredible woman and my Grandma will never have a chance to know my life's greatest accomplishment.
I have hidden the journaling and another picture in this lo. I wanted the LO to be pretty and celabratory of thier smiles here and not marred by the sadness of my granmother's disease.
