Hi there!
I made the colorful panel by heat embossing the dandelion with white embossing powder on cardstock. Then, I scribbled over it with watercolor crayons. I spread the color with water and then patted the panel dry with a napkin.
The images and words are from the May 2012 Greenhouse Society stamp set from Technique Tuesday.
