I made this dog using a cookie cutter as a tracing stencil. What I did was enlarge the dog's head from the original tracing stencil. Scraps of paper were used to create the clothing. I plan to create a bunch of these in different costumes and then use them to make cards to send to the veterans. So everyone, meet my buddy Jack.
