This card has the scallop opening punched out of the front with a piece of vellum stamped and heat embossed with white, layered in behind. Then I overlaid a piece of dotted tulle on the front and tied on the tag and sentiment. The inside righthand side of the card has blue pp adhered, and it shows through the scallop opening when closed. TFL!
