Cut patterned paper to size and fold to form card base. Cut a strip of patterned paper and adhere along the right side of the card front. Disguise the seam where the two papers meet with a length of ribbon and a line of glitter. Die-cut two different sized Tags out of cardstock and patterned paper using Fancy Tag Framelits dies. Die-cut two different sized Rectangles out of patterned paper using Rectangles Framelits dies. Layer and adhere Rectangles together. Adhere the Rectangles to the Tag, tucking a smaller Fancy Tag under the Rectangles so that the top of the Fancy Frame peeks out and adhere in place. Wrap a ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Die-cut Vine w/Leaves out of cardstock, embellish with glitter and attach near the left side of the card. Die-cut a Flower out of felt and, embellish with a button and attach to the card front. Finish by embellishing with an appliqué accent and a small stamped tag.
