My husband and I finally realised we were "maturing" when we bought art on a whim. We'd just repainted the lounge in green and beige, and wanted to brighten up the room a bit. We drove past the house of an artist one Sunday afternoon, and fell in love with the tulips. Believe it or not, the artist's name is Freddie Kruger! 2 years later we went back to Freddie and bought art for our bedroom. (please see my Layout called "Colour"). I wanted to try something different to focus on the paintings - I cut the photos into mosaic tiles, and cut the Title from photos. I opted to leave it clean of any other embelishments, not even brads, which, my friends will tell you, was a challenge for me!
