Give a Cheer
Nina and my niece -- they are 10 months apart and absolutely inseparable when they are together. This was taken last weekend at a family party. They are wearing matching necklaces and drinking icky colored juice. :) I used two filters in Picasa (vignette, and one other that I can't recall) to create sort of a vintage look to the photo.
You can't really tell in the photo, but I sprayed Perfect Pearls down the right hand side to give a pop of pink around the title. Now that side of the page won't stick to the cardstock.:(
Use Your Scraps: All of the strips are either scraps or washi tape. I also used a little of teeny tiny pieces on the photo mat.
