Die-cut Pennants out of a variety of patterned papers. Layer materials and colors to assemble each Pennant. For the round edge shaped Pennant, we added a pom-pom ribbon, die-cut Swirl, die-cut Rosette embellished with a paper flower, threaded button and twine. For the triangle shaped Pennant, we added a thicker rick-rack ribbon along the edges, butterflies cut from patterned paper and clothespins embellish with ribbon bows. For the bracket edge shaped Pennant, we added a letter embellished with its own shadow and a ribbon bow. For the V-Cut shaped Pennant, we added half of paper doily, a cut sentiment cropped into a circle shape and flowers and leaves hand-cut from patterned paper. Attach pennants to a length of ribbon to form a banner.
