I used gold and copper metallic paint and the Tim Holtz Steampunk background stamp for the err..background!:p
I also used the Darkroom Door "Mr Bright Idea" collage stamp, which I cut out and an array of embellishments including watch parts (gears) and some of the Tim Holtz goodies as shown.
I also did a little die cutting of gears and embossing using TH embossing powder.
