Give a Cheer
I am so excited to be hosting the challenges at Scrapping the Music this week. I picked "Somewhere over the Rainbow" as this week's song. I have always liked the beloved Judy Garland version of this song from "The Wizard of Oz", but when I heard Israel Kamakawiwo'Ole's version after we got back from China with Anne, I fell in love!
I scrapped my version of "over the rainbow" as a labor of love. The picture was taken at Lake Wallenpaupack back in the 60's! It is of me, my twin sister, Karen, and my older sister, Cathy, who we lost to Ovarian Cancer some years ago.
