I think the colors work very well together - you've actually got the same colors as the avatar for Queen of Orchids - just below. I'm wondering how you got the great swiss cheese effect at the edges of the green paper. I love now the metal trinkets look on this page.

Oh I think it's wonderful and fun and original!! I know how you feel about the heat.... we have it too in Indiana... ugh... I think I'm ready for fall, sweaters, frost on the pumpkins, or whatever that phrase is... :)
