Hello!! This is my last entry for July in the Boys, Boys, Boys Challenge. This is my great grandfather. He pasted before my time, but my grandmother did well at keeping his memory alive. From this picture i can imagine him laughing the full, belly laugh that she always told us about!! About the knife....he was a chef. (my DD was quite concerned *L*) The lamp, which may llok out of place to you, is a special thing to our family because he owned a beautiful set of Tiffany Lamps. I plan to scrap those, with the story, soon!! The wonderful corner embellishement and the lamp base is from the Fabulous Faye at 3TailsCrafts. The coloring in the lamp shade is a piece of fabric cut to fit. TFL

I LOVE that lamp! It's not only time period appropriate, it's just gorgeous - and the way you leaped out of the box to get the coloring just exactly right for a tiffany lamp - that's just amazing. Great job!

Very pretty layout! LOVE the Tiffany lamp! I'm happy for you that she kept his memory alive by telling you details about him.
