Sideways

This is Cassie's tap portrait from 2010. They danced to Sideways by Dierks Bentley. She was in five dances that year, and I've already scrapped 2 of them, so I have two to go as well as nine from 2011 and eight from 2012. Sigh. You can see the LO's I've completed for earlier years in my Dance LO's Album in my gallery. All her professional dance portraits have been taken by Cass Photography.

This is for July PageMaps, Etc Challenge - Sketch 4.

The pp's are all Authentique's Genuine collection - LOVE them. I used some scrap string in the wooden flowers. I used little round pewter brads in all four corners, square ones on one of the pp's, and photo corners on the pic because they made me think of rivets in jeans. The lace butterfly was a bit of a feminine touch that reminded me of an applique on a denim jacket - I've had butterflies on the other two dance portraits from 2010 so I was trying to keep up the trend :)
