We returned to the ship early after running out of things to see in Exmouth. Even though I forgot about it, Bill remembered that I wanted to go to the gospel music hour on the ship at one of the piano bars.

I loved it when he asked the Baptists to raise their hands (there were 5 or 6 of us) and then he made reference to the Broadman Hymnal and played a selection from it. Boy, what memories – I grew up singing nearly ever song in the old Broadman Hymnal. He did some newer stuff too – “Shout to the Lord” was awesome and his rendition of “How Great There Art” gave me goose bumps.

Sail-away was just before sunset and there were plenty of humpback whales putting on a show to delight the ms Amsterdam passengers. One of them kept jumping straight up completely out of the water! I wish they had been closer so we could photograph them but – they were close enough to clearly see but too far away to show up in pictures – our zoom just isn't that powerful.

We were very surprised to find King Crab on the dinner menu! Bill had a double order but one order was plenty for me. I don't care much for the desserts on this ship, but we've been spoiled rotten with all the lobster, shrimp and crab.
