OHHHHH, I think I could do this too. I love strawberry and chocolate together. !!! Wonder if the state fair here will have it??????(the county didn't) Let us know what they put on top to look like cheese.

Indiana State Fair.....

I found this on the web as the fair doesn't start till tomorrow. This is one of the signature foods this year.....ice cream spaghetti & meatballs. I will have to try it. The sauce is strawberry sauce I believe and I think the meatballs are chocolate. :)
