Cut patterned paper to size and fold to form card base. Stamp and distress with ink as desired. Cut a strip of decorative trim to size and attach to the card front. Cut a strip of patterned paper to size, ink and attach to the card front, overlapping the trim. Cut a strip of rose ribbon and attach to the card front, overlapping the patterned paper. Die-cut and emboss a gift-shaped frame from cardstock using the Ornate Frames #2 Embosslits Die, highlight the raised designs with ink and glitter and attach to the card. Distress a length of ribbon with ink. Tie in a bow, embellish with a threaded button and attach to the card front. Die-cut a Peacock from patterned paper, embellish with markers and attach to the card front using foam dots to give the Bird dimension.
