Making Apple Butter

Love the layout. Love apples. I'm very sorry about the frost ruining the apples this year. WVU Peaches were destroyed by frost during the blooming season. The apples survived that only to get damaged by large hail just a few weeks ago. My friend Dr. Baker at WVU Farms says they still will taste ok but look really bad. Is the orchard yours?

oh this is wonderful - so makes me homesick though as Wellesley one of the neighbour little towns is famous for it's Apple Butter and Cider products - and I just love Apple Butter!
