This is the first page of his scrapbook. I took blue and pink paper cut it into fours. I then alternated them pink and blue. I used the baby ballons from one of his baby shower bags that I cut up. I used a handle one on of the bags to make bow and put a button on it. I used ribbon to give the ballons string. I love this page it is sooo cute.
