Ok, so we all know he's not REALLY reading, but he THINKS he is, and that's what matters. He's from a family of readers, and he already loves books and is going through the motions. A few more years and he'll be reading the Wall Street Journal and The New Yorker, you just wait and see.

This is one of my last projects for my darling nephew's first year baby book. He's turning 1 next month, so all I have left to do is a couple of August pages and his "A Year of Brady" monthly birthday photos spread and I'll be ready to gift this album to him and his wonderful parents.

It's been a very fun journey, watching my darling nephew grow up right in front of me and scrapping bits and pieces of HIS story, and I'm very grateful to my wonderful SIL for keeping the photographs coming so I always had something fresh to work with. Thanks to my supportive community here for being so thoughtful and sweet with your wonderful comments and suggestions. I'm not an intuitive "boy booker" just yet, but after the past few months, I'm beginning to get the hang of it. I'm looking forward to scrapping Brady's "Now That You're One" year.

I'm going to put this project in the August Color Challenge - Black, Red, and Yellow. There's not a LOT of yellow here, but there is enough that it's obviously there, so I'm hoping that Pam will let it count.
