Top fold card for a business envelope. My husband was a muscian & I wanted our sons to have some of his hand written sheet music as a keepsake after he died. I used the whole sheet without ruining any of the music. I cut it in sections & used the remaining sheet inside. All decorations were glued or brads between the lines of music. My sons are muscians & could still play the music!He wrote is own chords to make it his own.
