I found a video on youtube for this tutorial by CraftinCarolinas. I used the Top Note die from Stampin' Up for the hat and snowman face. The ribbon is from Michaels. The holly and berries is a die from Stampin' Up. I used googles eyes and punched some dots. Free hand cut the carrot. I inked around the edges of the white with Blashful Blue ink from Stampin' Up. The sentiment is from Pink By Design. I used Spellbinders die for the cut for the sentiment. I stuck my K-mart rewards card in just so you could see where the gift card goes.
