inspiration for this LO goes out to Stacy Cohen. She posted her LO 17-apr-12. i loved her title.
this is my niece who turned 20 this year and have watched her turn into a beautiful mature young lady. first time i have stenciled on a LO. the title is so close because i had put watch but decided watching was more appropriate. tfl.
